Our BDS yoghurt has gone through a process of lactic acid fermentation due to the effect of a starter containing Lactobacillus bugaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus obtained in Bulgaria, which guarantees a product of traditionally typical taste, typical flavour and thickness of the Bulgarian yoghurt.
