Our cow’s milk yoghurt of 4,5 % is produced with a special technology which gives it a milder and fine lacto-acidic flavour.

As a result, the yoghurt has gone through the processes of homogenization, pasteurization and lacto-acid fermentation due to the effect of symbiotic starter containing Lactobacilus bulgaricus & Streptococcus thermophilus.
